Siding & mailboxes

As part of the seasonal neighborhood review, the HOA found two areas that need attention this quarter.

  1. 1Power wash your sidingMany homes show mildew, dirt or general wear on their siding. Power washing keeps it looking good and protects it from long-term damage. Try to get it done before winter weather arrives.
  2. 2Repair or replace your mailboxSeveral mailboxes are leaning, faded or damaged. Check yours for safety and consistency; if it needs replacing, follow the original style, color and placement.
