What's the trash and recycling schedule?+
Recycling is picked up Tuesday and trash Friday. Put them at the curb after 6 p.m. the day before; Howard County asks that cans come in by the day after collection.
Are there rules for pets in the common areas?+
Pets must be on a leash outside their yard, and owners must promptly pick up after them anywhere in the neighborhood.
When do I need an ARC request?+
For any changes, additions or removals to your home or landscape.
Is there a noise policy?+
Per Howard County regulation, residential noise is permitted between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Who plows a shared driveway?+
Each shared driveway has its own maintenance declaration, listed under Documents with the 2018 letter on snowplowing and maintenance.
